How many studies can I submit?
This depends on your plan:
- Monthly Plan: Up to 10 studies per month.
- Study Bundle Plan: Up to 60 studies with no time limit.
- Annual Plan: Up to 10 studies per month.
How does the signup process work?
Simply select your preferred plan, proceed to checkout, and complete your payment. You’ll then receive an email to create your password. Once that’s done, please allow up to 24 hours for approval. You’ll be notified by email once your access to the submission platform is ready.
How do I upload a study?
Go to your dashboard, select your active plan, and upload your studies directly from there.
What happens if I don’t use all my submissions in a month?
Unused submissions don’t roll over, so it’s best to submit regularly to get the most out of your plan.
Can I cancel my plan at any time?
Yes — both the Monthly and Annual Plans can be cancelled any time before your next billing date. The Study Bundle Plan is a one-off purchase and doesn’t renew automatically.
You can cancel your plan at any time via the dashboard, you’ll retain access to the submision platform until your plan expires.
Can I upgrade or change my plan later?
Plan changes aren’t automatic — please reach out to the team directly if you’d like to move to a different plan. Note that submissions don’t carry over when switching plans.
How long does it take to receive feedback?
Reviews are usually completed within a few working days. We strive toward giving feedback within 7 working days, but this is not guaranteed. You’ll receive an email notification once your feedback is ready.
What happens after my plan ends?
Your feedback remains accessible until you start a new subscription. Once a new plan begins, your submission history resets, and you’ll start fresh with your new study limit.
